Scholarships and Financial Assistance
Families may voluntarily provide information when requesting a scholarship, discount, payment accommodation, or other financial assistance.
PCCCArts uses this information to administer financial assistance and related program enrollment. We do not sell information submitted as part of a financial assistance request.
We encourage families not to provide sensitive financial information beyond what PCCCArts specifically requests.
Payments and Donations
Payments and donations made through our website may be processed through Squarespace and/or third-party payment processors connected to our website.

Media permissions may be addressed separately through registration forms, releases, schools, or partner organizations.

One important Squarespace step
I would also turn on Squarespace's cookie consent banner and add links in your website footer for Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Your registration forms should also have a short acknowledgment such as “By submitting this form, I acknowledge the PCCCArts Privacy Policy.”
Because you serve minors, I'd keep your Photo/Media Release and Parent/Guardian Consent as separate agreements rather than burying those permissions inside this policy.
