El Futuro: Jam & Showcase
A live music and youth art exhibition, free and open to the public thanks to the support of the DCASE Neighborhood Access Program.
Featuring a student art exhibition throughout the evening, this event also opens up with a jam session (all ages & levels welcome) lead by PCCCArts mentors, students & our featured guest artists. The jam session is followed by student and guest artist performances.
El Futuro: Jam & Showcase provides students with a safe space to express their creativity and perform alongside student and professional musicians.
The benefits for the professional musicians, young creatives and the community as a whole creates a virtuous cycle as students will have the opportunity to invest with their communities by regularly providing an accessible quality art experience and receive mentorship while performing live with professional artists.
